Halloween of Yore

This was Jordan one year ago at Halloween... so little!

What a difference a year makes! He's such a big boy now!

Yeah, the costume IS a little small, if that's what you're thinking. We bought it a month ago and it was big on him. He's growing so much!

Trunk-or-Treat

Tonight was Trunk-or-Treat at the church. Jordan didn't like his costume too much!

Costume Contest... obviously rigged, because have you ever seen a cuter monkey?! I thought not!

Jordan went to three cars, and then started crying. Too much pressure.

He got 8 pieces of candy... Grandma gave him 5. What a haul!

Although, I must say, the highlight of the evening was the chili contest. John told me Sunday he volunteered to make chili, and since I'm the only one home I said I'd make it. When it came time to start cooking, I realized I had next to no ingredients for chili, and no time to get any, so I created my own concoction. It smelled good, but I was sure it wasn't going to be anything to remember. Needless to say, I won the chili contest! HA! Plus, I didn't have to steal the recipe, or use sympathy votes to ensure my win! :-)

Coloring

Jordan loves to color. He gets very intense about the crayons...

Maybe a little too intense. He screams the whole time he colors.

CHEESE!

The other day I was sitting in the front room and Jordan brought me the camera. He wanted me to take pictures of him! It was so funny because he kept doing these cheesy faces until I took the picture and then he wanted to see what he looked like! What a funny guy!

Tag 4-4

I saw this tag on someone else's blog and looked just to see what it was, and I really liked it, so I'm gonna post it. The rules are you are supposed to open your photo files, find the 4th file, and the 4th photo, then post it. This one is from Walt Disney's Animal Kingdom, from our honeymoon.

Like father, like son

Hair Cut

Jordan was taking a bath at the Brashear home and Deanna said that Jordan looked like he had a mullet! Needless to say, we scheduled an appointment with TLG (Tangles Hair Salon ;-)

He was not a very happy camper! I doubt Tracy ever had a worse client.

Suckers always help...but it sure ruined the apron! He looks like such a big boy now, thanks TLG, no more mullet!
