Merry Christmas Eve!

Since we weren't going to be able to be with my family on Christmas, my mom stopped by and we had Christmas early. Although, now we ARE going to be able to go down for Christmas, and I'm super excited!!

Some work clothes for Jake. Mom got him some very handsome outfits.

The blanket I crocheted for mom.

Jordan looking so cute with one of his presents from Grandma.

A handsome church outfit for Jordan.

A super yummy dessert I made to celebrate Christmas and Jake and my mom's birthdays.

Merry Christmas everyone!

Favorite Games

Jordan's new favorite game is to play hide-and-seek. He's so funny because he just laughs and laughs until you come and get him. It's really cute.

Christmas in the Park

We went into San Jose to drop Sandy and John off at the airport, and we stopped by the Christmas in the Park extravaganza! It was super cute, but really cold. I would be a great place to go if you weren't pregnant because they had a bunch of carnival rides and an outdoor ice skating rink. I think we'll have to go again next year!

A freezing little family!

Seriously, the best hot chocolate ever! Look how cute that cherry snowman is!

This nativity brought to you by the Knights of Columbus. Really though.

Creepy Nutcracker figurines in front of the ice skating rink.

The kids' faces were too weird looking!

Am I an idiot, or did everyone else know that it is "Donder" and not "Donner?" I always thought it was Donner! Am I alone here?

Early Christmas

Because John and Sandy are in Colorado for Christmas, they wanted to do an early Christmas with us. Jordan really enjoyed it this year. He was so funny!

Cheese face!

Opening his first present

He got a cell phone and "laptop" and he loves them! They drive ME crazy!!

Gift from Sandy and John

My boys being very busy

Can you see what that is a picture of?! It's a surprise! :-)

What I made for Sandy

Happy Birthday, Jake...a little bit after the fact

Happy 29th birthday!

Good face, honey!

Of course between every shot I would take of Jake, Jordan would have to cheese it up. There are about 10 of these shots as well.

Don't even try to pretend you didn't ask for those specifically...nerd. I love you!

Seriously?

You mean I still have 12 more weeks?

I don't know if I can do it!

Well, I guess that means that if Jordan was 9 lbs. 3 ozs. that this one will be pushing 11 pounds...or more. Yikes!

Milestones

A little christmas cheer, courtesy of Jordan.

Yesterday was a day I have been looking forward to for a while now. We have church at 12 and Jordan usually takes a nap at 1, so this makes for some very grumpy Sundays. It has been a few months since me or Jake have been able to sit through an entire Sacrament meeting, not to mention the difficulties presented during Primary, where we both teach the Sunbeams. Usually I have to take Jordan home after Sacrament because he has hit his limit for the day. Although Jordan isn't officially 18 months until the 17th, we decided to try nursery yesterday. He did awesome! Jake took him in to the room and Jordan ran over to the toys and just waved bye-bye. Jake and I were actually able to teach our class together and not have to wrestle with a cranky toddler (just the cranky 4 year olds!). Jordan is such a big boy now, it makes me miss my little baby Jordan!

Wasn't he so sweet?

Christmas Time at Disneyland!

Jake had two days off in a row, and since our Disneyland passes are about to expire, we decided to make a turn-around trip to southern California. The drive was good, really foggy, but decent. Disneyland was so much fun. Jordan is finally at the age where he really has a good time there. It was a great day!

Jordan and Lilly! Best friends...most the time! ;-)

Aunt Jaclyn had a good time chasing them around.

I really liked this picture...until I realized Jordan has his finger in his nose. So special!

Of course Jordan is looking back towards Pooh and Tigger rather than the camera.

MESSY!

Jordan, Lilly, and Aunti Nana.

He did better in the Haunted Mansion than with Santa Claus!

Daddy and Jordan looking at the reindeers.

Nana and Jordan looking at the baby cow.

Brayden, this turkey escaped Thanksgiving! I think he was laughing! He was the biggest turkey I've ever seen, probably close to 40 pounds.

Cheesy boy, enjoying the limelight!

Fireworks on Main Street.

Jordan loved the snow on Main Street! He was so excited to try to catch all of the bubbles. It was so cute. I wish we lived closer so that we could go more with him. He had such a good time! It was worth being hugely pregnant and walking around all day!
