The Southern Route

This was mine and Jordan's first time to Utah! We left on Friday afternoon, and took the southern route. A rookie mistake. We were given the advice from the old Bishop of our ward up here. Never again! It took us 17 hours to get there...with a 9 month old. Although, he only cried for 15 minutes at 3 in the morning, but can you blame him? It was a TERRIBLY long trip. We got there at 5 a.m. and had to leave for conference by 8. Only grandma and grandpa ended up going to that session!

Our first time at the Bakersfield train! Jordan had a blast!

Aren't they so handsome? Jakey looks so tired...don't worry honey, only 10 hours left before we get to Uncle Joe's!

Wow! That must have been fun! Good thing you went the other way on the way home. Then again, you did get to go to the McDonalds train station. Cool!
